In the face of a challenge, many of us hold our breath, speed up, and shift our focus to what we DON'T want to happen—robbing ourselves of our most valuable resources at the exact moment that we need them most! This 6 week course is a fun and compassionate way to observe your own unique patterns of protection and practice spreading your effort more effectively inside of any challenge. We will meet over Zoom from 2-3pm to engage in a 50 minute movement sequence, followed by optional discussion and reflection. What you will need: - 4 hardback books, large enough to cover the entire sole of your foot (children's picture books , light coffee table books or sketch books work well) - A space on the floor that is large enough that you could make a snow angel - An open mind and a playful spirit If you are wondering if this course is right for you, please book a consultation with me and we can discuss any concerns.
