Taking The Should Out of Your Shoulders

$5.00Price

We are told to drop them, hold them back, and keep them down.

But every time we follow those directions, it isn’t long before they go right back to where they were before.

The shoulder is the most mobile area of our body— designed for possibility. If we counted every angle and variation it can move, we’d end up with around twenty different directions for it to travel safely.

Could it be that our shoulders are hungry for more options and clearer connections, making them free to simply do what they do?

This lesson is one of my favorites~

It explores the harmonious relationship that our shoulders have with our ribs, head, palms and breastbone.
